Can I pay in parts?
Yes. Most projects start with a 70% deposit and the remaining 30% before publishing, unless a different written agreement applies.
Why pay a monthly fee?
Because your website needs publishing, SSL, backups, support, technical review and minor changes. We do not sell only hosting; we care for your digital presence.
What happens if I stop paying the monthly care plan?
We may temporarily pause the site and reactivate it once payment is regularized. You can also request a transfer if the project is fully paid.
Domain and ownership

Is the domain included?
No. The domain is billed annually unless your package states otherwise in writing. Before buying it, we confirm the initial cost and renewal price.
Can I use my own domain and account?
Yes. We can work with the client's domain and account or with hosting managed by CreHado. The important part is defining ownership and administration from the start.
Can I transfer my website to another account?
Yes. If the project is fully paid, you can request transfer of the site, domain or repository depending on the contracted scope and technical conditions.
Changes and monthly care

What counts as a minor change?
Small updates such as text, phone number, business hours, a photo, a link or a simple promotion. New sections, redesigns or functions are quoted separately.
Can I cancel monthly care?
Yes. You can cancel with prior notice. If you want to move your site to another account or provider, we can quote the technical transfer.
What happens if I need major changes?
Major changes are quoted separately: new sections, online store, bookings, automations, full redesigns or campaigns.
Delivery and timelines

How long does a website take?
It depends on the package. A Landing Express can be ready in 5 to 7 business days; a premium bilingual website usually takes 14 to 21 business days.
What do I need to provide to start?
Business name, services, photos if available, social links, city, main goal and style or competitor references.
Services and content

Do you offer logo, branding and photography?
Yes. We can quote visual identity, commercial photography, website content and brand plus website packages depending on your business stage.
Can I sell through WhatsApp?
Yes. We integrate buttons, prefilled messages, forms and clear conversion paths so your website can open conversations.
Are campaigns or social media included?
No, unless stated in writing. Campaigns, ad spend, ongoing social design and content production are quoted as additional services.
Can I add an online store later?
Yes. We can add ecommerce, payments, advanced catalog or integrations later, but they are quoted as a project expansion.
