Site use
By browsing this site, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully, without affecting its operation, security or content.
Commercial information
Information published on this site is commercial and informational. Prices may be shown as starting prices and may vary according to scope, content, urgency, complexity, language, integrations, number of sections or specific project needs.
Final project conditions are established in the corresponding written proposal or agreement.
Quotes, payments and launch
Formal quotes must be confirmed in writing. Most projects start with a 70% advance payment and 30% before publication, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Changes and reviews
Each package includes a specific number of review rounds. Major changes, new sections, redesigns, extra features, integrations, translations, photography or automations are quoted separately.
Domain, managed hosting and monthly care
Domain registration is billed separately unless otherwise stated in writing. Some domains have a promotional first-year price and a different renewal price.
Managed hosting may include publication, SSL, technical backup, support and maintenance depending on the monthly package.
Monthly care packages are recurring. If a monthly service is unpaid, the website, publication, support or maintenance may be temporarily paused.
Intellectual property
- The client keeps rights over brand assets, text, photos, logos and materials provided by the client.
- CreHado Digital keeps rights over methods, components, reusable base code, structures and internal processes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The final website may be transferred once the project is fully paid, according to the written agreement.
Portfolio and limited responsibility
CreHado Digital may show completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
We do not guarantee specific commercial results such as sales, leads or revenue.
Third-party services and jurisdiction
Some services depend on third parties such as Vercel, GitHub, domains, WhatsApp, email, analytics, payment providers or calendars. These terms are interpreted under applicable laws in Mexico.
